At LyveBee, your privacy and security are extremely important to us.

That’s why we recommend that you never share your confidential information. Passwords are the first things that come to mind for many people, and they’re right! Confidential information, however, can include things you may be used to sharing, e.g. your phone number, your email address, etc. Because so many people are used to sharing this type of information, it can be more difficult to recognize the possible downsides.

Allowing all LyveBee communication between users to take place via LyveBee makes things safer for all parties involved. For example, a customer or a consultant might contact you regarding payments. If you were to agree to a financial transaction outside of LyveBee and something went wrong, we would have no way to protect or help you. On LyveBee, on the other hand, all payments go through legitimate providers using proper encryption techniques, consultants are paid upfront, and any disputes are handled fairly and transparently. Opening yourself up to being contacted outside of the site, quite simply, places you at risk.

Not to worry, though: preventing this is super easy. Keep your private information confidential, and keep all communication on the site. Peace of mind is invaluable, and you’ll have plenty of it, knowing that LyveBee has your back.
