There are a few things that you can check to make sure that your camera is properly working.

Please make sure that your camera isn’t disabled. To do this, please check the camera icon at the bottom of your screen. Disabled cameras will have a diagonal line running through them. To enable your camera, simply click on the camera icon.



If either the camera or the microphone is disabled, it will also show on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.



The LyveBee video conference is set to run at High Definition (HD) by default. However, some computer specifications or camera specifications aren’t equipped to handle HD videos. Lowering the video quality to a more manageable setting might help out. To do this, please click the 3 dots at the bottom right-hand corner during the video conference. From there, select “Manage video quality.”



A pop-up for the Video Quality settings will appear. Please select the one that will provide you the best streaming experience.



If you’ve made sure that the camera is enabled, and you already tried adjusting the video quality and it’s still not working, the camera might be disabled on the browser that you’re using. This is usually indicated by a yellow banner saying that the video or camera isn’t enabled on the browser.
